1. Mode of administration
With or without food: Tadalafil can be taken with or without food. However, if you experience gastrointestinal discomfort, it may be tried with a light meal to reduce these effects.
2. Dose and frequency
For erectile dysfunction:
-the recommended dose is 10 mg, which can be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg according to tolerance and individual efficacy.
-it shouldn't be taken more than once a day.
For benign prostate hypertrophy:
-the recommended dose is 5 mg once daily at the same time every day. In some cases, the doctor may prescribe 20 mg once a day if it is considered appropriate.
Precautions
Taking according to medical prescription: should only be taken under the supervision and prescription of a doctor. The doctor will determine the appropriate dose and duration of treatment based on general health, other medications being taken and the severity of the condition.
Side effects:

-in rare cases, it can cause changes in vision (for example, bluish vision) or heart problems. If changes in vision or heart symptoms occur, you should seek immediate medical attention.
